Mark your calendar for this year's annual EASI meeting to be held at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas on Tuesday April 16th and Wednesday April 17th. The hotel is offering a discounted rate of $163 per night for Tuesday through Saturday. To obtain the discounted rate you must do the following:

Make your reservations no later than March 18th by calling 855-435-0005.

Mention the group name EASI Embellished / FDM4 and the group code SEEAG3.
Other important meeting notes:

The conference will start Tuesday April 16th at 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with an afternoon break.

Reception will be Tuesday night from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM.

A sit down dinner will be held at the Comme Ca Restaurant from 6:45 PM to 8:45 PM.

Breakfast in the conference area will be on Wednesday April 17th from 6:45 AM to 7:30 AM.

The conference continues on Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 11:45 AM, with a mid-morning break.

There is an optional tour of the Zappos Headquarters. The bus departs at 12:30 PM.
To register for the meeting please complete and submit the registration form.
The cost to attend the meeting is $350 per person. The cost for the Zappos Tour is an additional $25 per person.
There are a limited number of openings for the tour and will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, so register early if you want to participate.
As an incentive, if you pay your registration by March 18th, your name will be entered into a drawing for a free room upgrade to a Suite at no additional charge. To qualify, please submit your online payment or mail your check, made payable to "EASI Group, Inc.", in the amount of $350 per attendee along with your registration form, to Nick at the below address:
